Profitable: registration fee of 15,000 hryvnias * + guarantee for a free replacement of the candidate 30 days (1 replacement) = 100% of the monthly salary of the candidate.
Optimal: registration fee of 15,000 hryvnias * + guarantee for a free replacement of a candidate for 6 months (3 replacements) = 15% of the candidate’s annual salary.
Premium: registration fee of 15,000 hryvnias * + guarantee for a free replacement of a candidate for 12 months (unlimited number of replacements) = 20% of the candidate’s annual salary.
Selection of foreign personnel for work in Ukraine and abroad
Optimal: guarantee for a free replacement of a candidate is 6 months (3 replacements) = 25% of the candidate’s annual salary.
Premium: guarantee for a free replacement of a candidate is 12 months (unlimited number of replacements) = 27% of the candidate’s annual salary.
The yacht crew: guarantee for a free replacement of the candidate is 3 months (1 replacement) = 100% of the of the candidate’s monthly salary.
Trial days (foreign staff): 1-30 days. A trial day is paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of 1 working day to the candidate + 25% payment to the agency for each trial day.
The agency provides assistance in obtaining visas and flights for the foreign candidates. We will help you to conclude a contract and agree on working conditions.
If a candidate is needed to work abroad, then the full commission is paid until the candidate leaves for trial days abroad. This amount is returned to the client if the candidate did not fit, returned home immediately after the trial days and he was paid the trial days in full.
Why do you have to pay registration fee?
First, you get an offer with the candidates’ resumes for a vacancy (usually 4 resumes), choose which candidate you would like to invite for an interview, and only then you pay the registration fee.
The registration fee is paid before the interview with the selected candidates at the stage of concluding an contract with the agency.
The payment of the registration fee guarantees that the agency assumes the obligations of selecting personnel for your vacancy and will work on the selection of a positive result. For the agency, payment of the registration fee means confirmation of the selection order, for the customer - the guarantee of the selection of a candidate for a vacancy.
How many candidates does the agency provide?
Every day from the moment of conclusion of the contract, the agency provides 3-5 candidates who are interested in the customer's vacancy. The provision of candidates to the customer occurs daily until the customer selects the ideal candidate for himself.
Where are candidates interviewed?
The customer himself chooses the place and time of the meeting with the candidates - this may be the customer’s office, his house or cafe. You do not need to specifically go to the agency’s office to meet with candidates. Candidates themselves will come to meet you at a place convenient for you.
How many trial days does the agency provide?
The customer may invite candidates for trial days that they liked for the interview, but no more than 3 days for each candidate. A test day is paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of 1 working day of the candidate.
When is the commission paid to the agency?
The commission is paid to the agency after successful completion of the trial days, but before the candidate arrives at a new job.
Does the agency provide free replacement?
The agency provides a warranty of up to 12 months for a free replacement from the moment of staff selection, depending on the selected tariff.
